Paddleboard Orlando has taught thousands of people how to Stand Up Paddleboard! We pride ourselves on everyone getting up; that is why we have boards to suit all ages and weights (50-350lbs). In this cruise you will learn all the fundamentals of SUP. We will show you how to use the paddle, how to stand up, proper posture, paddling stroke, board positioning, and paddle board water etiquettte. We have taught ages 6-85; let us show you why everyone leaves with a smile!

You will enjoy the beautiful and history rich Winter Park Chain of Lakes. This six lake chain features "Venetian" canals and abundant wildlife. Bald Eagles, Osprey, Anhingas, Peacocks, and Otters fill the air and water while majestic water Cyprus and live oaks line the shores.
