2. Why should I book in advance?


Did we just say your time is important? Maybe the most valuable thing you possess. Don't miss a single trip or activity because you just waited too long. The most popular activities get booked far in advance. Our advanced reservation system gets you the activity you want on the day and time you want it. You check out and get an instant E-ticket. Done.


3. How do I book an activity at the last minute (within 24hrs of scheduled activity)?


We suggest you e-mail us, to ensure we are able to confirm your activity right away and get word back to you.


4. What happens after I purchase an activity?


An e-ticket will be sent to your email address. The e-ticket includes all details of your activity, including contact information and directions. Print the e-ticket and bring with you as proof of purchase. If you don't have access to a printer we can fax or mail them to your home, office or hotel.


5. What is your cancellation policy?


You will not be charged if we are unable to confirm your activity. For most of our activities, cancellations made more than 5 days before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund, less a 9.9% service fee to cover administrative costs and credit card fees. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled event will not be refunded. There are some activities with their own cancellation schedule details are provided prior to checkout on each activity's booking page. If the activity provider cancels the event for any reason, you will get a full credit or refund.


6. What is your affiliation with the activity companies?


We are not affiliated in any way. We are an independent company that helps organize and market activities to the general public. While we carefully screen each company to ensure they are reputable and adhere to all safety protocols, we are in no way responsible for any injury, loss or death you might incur with one of them.


7. Do I pay a mark-up, service charge, or convenience fee?


No. We have negotiated a marketing fee that is built into their normal, everyday pricing.


8. Do you share my information with anyone?


Absolutely not. However, we do set a session cookie that keeps track of your shopping cart items when you click from one page to the next. Without this your web browser would lose the items you've placed in your cart. Once you check out the session cookie is automatically deleted.


9. When is whale watching season in Florida?


Whales, dolphins, sharks are year-round.


10. Which Activities are suitable for children?

11. How do I pay for my tickets?


Our secure online site makes it easy to pay with your MasterCard, Visa or Discover.


12. Can I buy tickets for friends?


We can send E-Tickets to any email or mailing address, so you can book on behalf of a third party.
